D.B.Foods source its UK beef from only the most respectable audited plants. As with many of our other supplies we prefer to trade with smaller independent firms where our interests & requirements are given top priority rather than the bigger supermarket oriented suppliers. Our main supplier is Bowland Foods. Situated in the North of England, Bowland source only the best grade cattle from across the region including the Lake District. We find Bowland's product consistently of the highest quality and priced at a level that makes it highly competitive. The relationship between the two companies is very close, recently highlighted during the latest FTM scare when Bowland & subsequently DB honoured their respective prices, in stark contrast to many of our rivals who blatantly indulged in profiteering. Supplementing Bowland are a number of other UK plants, where again the emphasis is on quality of product & service.
